The only personal data collected through this site is what you choose to submit via the contact form: your name, company, email address, and message.
This site does not use cookies, analytics, or any tracking technology. Nothing is collected automatically just by visiting.
Why it's collected
Solely to respond to your enquiry about the Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Audit or related services. Nothing submitted is used for marketing, sold, or shared with any third party.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are processed by Netlify (the hosting provider for this site) and are visible to Chris Denny via the Netlify dashboard. Netlify's own privacy practices are described at netlify.com/privacy.
How long it's kept
Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to respond to you and, where an engagement follows, for the duration of that engagement plus a reasonable period for tax and accounting records. You can request deletion at any time (see below).
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal data is held about you
- Ask for it to be corrected if inaccurate
- Ask for it to be deleted
- Object to how it's used
