Who this is

This site (dennydigital.com) is operated by Chris Denny, trading as Denny Digital, Sheffield, UK. For anything on this page, or to exercise any of the rights below, contact Chris@dennydigital.com.

What data this site collects

This site itself does not collect or store any personal data. It does not use cookies, analytics, or any tracking technology — nothing is collected automatically just by visiting.

Booking a call uses the "Book a call now" button, which takes you to a Google Calendar booking page hosted by Google, not this site. There you'll be asked for your first name, last name, and email address (and any details you choose to add) in order to schedule the call.

Why it's collected

Booking details are collected solely to schedule and confirm a call about the Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Audit or related services. Nothing submitted is used for marketing, sold, or shared with any third party.

Where it's stored

Booking data is collected and processed by Google (via Google Calendar's appointment scheduling feature), not by this site or its host. Google's own privacy practices are described at policies.google.com/privacy. Once a call is booked, Chris Denny can see the name and email you provided in order to prepare for and conduct the call.

If you email Chris@dennydigital.com directly instead, that message is handled the same as any personal email — see "How long it's kept" below.

How long it's kept

Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to respond to you and, where an engagement follows, for the duration of that engagement plus a reasonable period for tax and accounting records. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

To exercise any of these, email Chris@dennydigital.com. If you're not satisfied with the response, you can complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above will change too. Material changes will be reflected here directly — there's no separate mailing list to notify, since none exists.
